How We Work

We believe in clarity and mutual commitment. Below are the terms that govern every engagement with Anomaly Society:

⚖️ Booking & Payment Policy

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and hold your consulting session or package.
  • The remaining 50% is due before the first session or deliverable begins.
  • Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances — this policy protects both parties' time and commitment.
  • If you need to reschedule, 48 hours notice is required to retain your deposit credit.
  • All sessions begin with a free discovery call — no commitment required at that stage.
  • Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each engagement period and are non-refundable once services begin.

⚠️ No Refunds Policy: All deposits and payments are final. Anomaly Society Consulting Group does not issue refunds once a session is confirmed and/or services have commenced. Please review this proposal carefully before booking.
